Megan Brown: Strength Coach & Head Trainer at The Evolved

Megan knows firsthand how hard it can feel to juggle family, work, and training while still wanting a body that feels strong and capable.

After years as a dancer and two pregnancies, she rebuilt her own strength and has since guided hundreds of women to do the same. Her coaching philosophy is all about training smarter, not harder.

Focusing on strength, confidence, and injury prevention. Today, she leads our team of coaches and supports women of all ages in building a body that works for real life.

Piper Mae Female Personal Trainer Brisbane at The Evolved All Female Gym

Piper Mae: Strength & Performance Coach at The Evolved

Piper’s journey into fitness began in an unlikely place: swapping cigarette breaks at uni for hula hooping between lectures. What started as play turned into a passion for movement, eventually leading her from circus arts into personal training.

Along the way, she discovered that discipline isn’t something you’re born with, it’s something you build one choice at a time.

Her philosophy combines the science of behaviour change with the joy of movement, creating an approach that is supportive, empowering, and fun.

Marnie Chapple: Strength & Performance Coach at The Evolved

Marnie’s journey began far from the gym floor. As the first female apprentice in a male-dominated mechanic workshop, she often felt overlooked and out of place, stuck in a cycle of work, home, and low energy.

Her turning point came when a friend’s life change made her question her own path, and fitness soon became the outlet that rebuilt her confidence and self-worth. She knows what it’s like to start from zero, to stop and start again, and to wonder if lasting change is really possible.

That’s why her coaching philosophy is rooted in progress, not punishment, helping women see strength training as an empowering choice rather than another demand.

Bethany Fry Female Personal Trainer Brisbane at The Evolved All Female Gym

Bethany Fry: Strength & Performance Coach at The Evolved

Beth knows what it feels like to juggle different roles while searching for balance. From playing netball at a competitive level to working long hours behind a desk, she’s experienced the highs of athletic achievement and the lows of feeling disconnected from her body.

Coaching young athletes first sparked her passion for helping others, and she quickly realised that strength training is about so much more than how you look it’s about living better and moving with confidence.

Her philosophy is simple: every woman deserves to feel strong, supported, and capable.
